BMF appoints Howard Pridding as Chief Executive Officer
The British Marine Federation (BMF) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Pridding as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Rob Stevens from 1 October 2012.
The Gold Anchor Award Scheme is a benchmarking tool, designed to help boat owners make an informed decision about the facilities available at marinas throughout the world. Marinas which take part in the scheme undergo an assessment and the resident berth holders are surveyed for their feedback on an ongoing basis.
The scheme is purely voluntary with awards ranging from Three to Five Gold Anchors. Any award is a sign of quality, whilst the number of anchors indicates the level of the facilities available.
If you are a berth holder and want to feed back on the facilities available at a marina please click on the link below and complete the anonymous survey.
To find out more about the assessment criteria or to apply to be assessed for the Gold Anchor Award Scheme please download the application and assessment forms below.
Marinas which are members of TYHA and have been awarded with Gold Anchors and available berths at those marinas can be searched for on TYHA's Which Marina website: www.which-marina.com
