Recreational Boats in Marinas on 31st December 2020 - Updated

As a follow up to my recent email regarding retaining and providing confirmation of the location of boats on 31st December at 11pm UTC.

Feedback that we have received suggests that many members intend to provide this confirmation retrospectively on request whilst a smaller number of marinas intend to proactively provide emailed confirmation to all berth holders early in the new year.
