Kirkwall Marina

Kirkwall marina is an all year facility located within the harbour, just yards from the visitor attractions of this ancient port. Our Marina Staff or local volunteers will welcome you and give you information on sailing around the Orkney Islands, local attractions and facilities. Boat repair and chandlery services are also nearby.

There are many local shops, hotels and restaurants close by where you will find warm Orcadian hospitality and fresh local produce. Highland Park and Scapa Distilleries, the most northerly whisky distilleries in Britain, are also within walking distance.

Orkney Sailing Club, located across the harbour from the Marina, welcomes all visitors to the port of Kirkwall whether in a visiting yacht or just a tourist in the Islands.
