Calling all TYHA Members
TYHA Code of Practice – 8th Edition is almost ready
We are currently preparing to release the extensively revised TYHA Code of Practice (8th Edition) Volumes 1 & 2 to all current, valid TYHA members.
The 8th Edition and all future revisions will be available online only. This will ensure that members always have access to the most up-to-date version and can easily view the CoP from their desk or mobile device.
The CoP will initially be made available through a digital platform called Digify. To provide the best possible user experience, we are also developing a new website dedicated to hosting the CoP, which is expected to go live in early 2027.
As you may already be aware, the 8th Edition is divided into four volumes. The first two volumes:
Volume 1 – Marina Planning and Design
Volume 2 – Marina Operations
will be launched as part of this release and will completely replace the TYHA Code of Practice 7th Edition.
The remaining two volumes:
Volume 3 – Superyacht Marina Planning, Design and Operations
Volume 4 – Marina Boatyard Planning, Design and Operations
will be made available to members during 2027.

To prepare for the release, please provide Hayley Cloke with the email address of the person or people within your business who will require access to the CoP (including yourself)
